Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 15 days of purchase only under the following circumstances:
- You received severely damaged merchandise
- You received an incorrect item that you did not order
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Wrong or Incorrect Items
If you received an item you did not order, we will send a prepaid return shipping label so you can return the incorrect item. Once it is received, we will promptly ship the correct item to you.
